{"id":173,"date":"2020-11-21T10:46:20","date_gmt":"2020-11-21T09:46:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yoga-brignoles.com\/blog\/?p=173"},"modified":"2020-11-21T10:59:53","modified_gmt":"2020-11-21T09:59:53","slug":"accepter-dechouer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yoga-brignoles.com\/blog\/accepter-dechouer\/","title":{"rendered":"Accepter d\u2019\u00e9chouer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\"><strong>Le monde du yoga aujourd\u2019hui peut \u00eatre terrible.\u00a0<\/strong><br>Quasiment tout se passe sur Instagram, et pour impressionner ses followers, on ne l\u00e9sine pas sur les\u00a0<em>handstands<\/em>, les\u00a0<em>forearmstands<\/em>, les\u00a0<em>crow poses<\/em>, les\u00a0<em>dancer poses<\/em>\u00a0et les\u00a0<em>splits<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On n\u2019a pas \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir longtemps pour se rendre compte que la posture de yoga d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui <strong>booste<\/strong> l\u2019ego plut\u00f4t que de le r\u00e9duire au silence comme c\u2019est cens\u00e9 \u00eatre le cas. <em><a href=\"http:\/\/yoga-brignoles.com\/blog\/le-vrai-yoga-nest-plus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cf. Le vrai yoga n&rsquo;est plus<\/a><\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme Instagram nous montrent des gens capables d\u2019acrobaties, des r\u00e9sultats incroyables et nous poussent encore plus \u00e0 nous sentir mal avec nous-m\u00eames et notre \u00ab\u2009 incapacit\u00e9 \u2009\u00bb d\u2019effectuer ces postures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au yoga, le&nbsp;<em>handstand<\/em>&nbsp;et le&nbsp;<em>crow pose<\/em>&nbsp;sont deux postures qui prennent souvent la forme d\u2019objectifs :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u00ab\u2009Quand je saurais les faire, je serais une bonne yogini.\u2009\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ou pas\u2026&nbsp;<\/em>Tu seras surtout une bonne acrobate !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le yoga ne se r\u00e9sume pas aux postures qui sont elles-m\u00eames source de boost pour l\u2019ego.<\/strong>&nbsp;C\u2019est m\u00eame le contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on ne parvient pas \u00e0 faire une posture, la frustration et la d\u00e9ception nous envahissent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019une posture va changer dans ta vie\u2009?&nbsp;<em>Rien<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, accepter la \u00ab\u2009d\u00e9faite\u2009\u00bb, accepter de ne pas r\u00e9ussir sans pour autant se r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 abandonner, c\u2019est \u00e7a qui changera ta vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est le premier pas pour s\u2019accepter tel qu\u2019on est.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne pas savoir faire une posture ne devrait pas \u00eatre vu comme un \u00e9chec ou une incapacit\u00e9, mais plut\u00f4t comme un point de d\u00e9part pour s\u2019accepter et s\u2019am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques id\u00e9es pour laisser l\u2019ego de c\u00f4t\u00e9 quand tu fais du yoga :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Ne regarde pas les autres<\/strong>. D\u2019ailleurs, si le yoga est une habitude, essaie de ne m\u00eame pas regarder le professeur, \u00e9coute-le seulement. C\u2019est un moyen de te concentrer sur ta pratique, et de ne pas te comparer aux autres.<\/li><li><strong>Sors du moule<\/strong>. Explore, et trouve l\u00e0 o\u00f9 tu te sens le mieux dans une posture. Tu n\u2019as pas \u00e0 te forcer \u00e0 reproduire exactement une posture invent\u00e9e par on-ne-sait-qui, on-ne-sait-pourquoi. Trouve ton propre alignement.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Ne fais pas la course<\/strong>. Le professeur est l\u00e0 pour guider, mais c\u2019est toi qui cr\u00e9es ton propre yoga. Prends le temps d\u2019explorer, de bouger l\u00e0 o\u00f9 \u00e7a fait du bien. Montrer que tu vas plus vite que les autres, c\u2019est te mettre en comp\u00e9tition avec le reste de la classe, quand les autres n\u2019en ont, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, rien \u00e0 faire.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Fais une posture pour le feeling<\/strong>, pas pour la photo. On s\u2019en fiche que la posture soit laide, on s\u2019en fiche qu\u2019on ait l\u2019air b\u00eate en posture du squat. On est l\u00e0 pour se sentir bien.<\/li><li><strong>Connecte-toi \u00e0 toi-m\u00eame<\/strong>. Et pour cela, il n\u2019y a rien de tel que la respiration. Suis-la, ne te concentre que sur elle, et le reste n\u2019existera plus.<\/li><li><strong>Ne te donne pas d\u2019objectif<\/strong>, si ce n\u2019est celui de pratiquer sans rien n\u2019attendre. Un objectif est source de frustration.
